Who qualifies for a Safe Endeavor Card?

Any individual or group taking a trip for the purpose of study, tourism, or educational projects.

Can I purchase a Safe Endeavor Card if I'm already traveling abroad?

The Basic, Plus, Premium and Trip Cancellation and Interruption travel insurance policies must be purchased prior to departure. The 365 Plan can be purchased after you have departed on your trip.

I'm leaving very soon. How long does it take to receive my card?

Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email with your e-card that you can print and take with you on your trip. If you purchased a physical card, you should receive that in the mail within 5-7 business days of your purchase.

Why is this so cheap?!

Many people are amazed when they see how cheap the Safe Endeavor Card is and think there must be some hidden costs. Rest assured – there are none! Our founder, Ryan, has working relationships in the travel industry and is able to negotiate special rates specifically for students and tour groups.

Is the 24/7 assistance free of phone charges?

Yes.  Both the toll-free number and international collect number (located on the back of your Safe Endeavor Card) are free of charge.  Be sure to check with your mobile service provider for any out of network fees which may apply particularly when traveling abroad.

How do I renew my card?

Simply email contact@safeendeavor.com and ask for the renewal link.
